Journey So Far
From a young age, I was fascinated by mechanical toys, tools, and gadgets, always curious to understand how things worked. While academic success wasn't my initial strength, my passion for engineering and problem-solving shaped my career in manufacturing, product development, and process optimization.
Determined to gain expertise in this field, I earned a place at the prestigious Central Tool Room, an Indo-German project known for its high training standards and precision engineering techniques. Here, I completed a Diploma in Tool and Die Technology, where I mastered the design and manufacturing of tools and dies, product development using AutoCAD, and advanced CNC machining processes—all in line with German engineering standards. This training laid a strong foundation in reverse engineering, precision manufacturing, and process optimization, which became the core of my professional journey.
With over 27 years of experience, my career has taken me across India, UAE, and Australia, working with leading manufacturing firms to drive efficiency, innovation, and growth. To stay ahead in an evolving industry, I have continually upgraded my skills. Moving to Australia, I pursued Diplomas in Mechanical Engineering and Project Management to align with local industry standards and best practices. This has further strengthened my ability to lead complex projects, streamline operations, and drive strategic business growth.
Today, my focus is on establishing my career in Project Management, where I can apply my expertise in manufacturing, operations, and strategic planning to lead large-scale projects and deliver measurable results. With a blend of technical knowledge, hands-on leadership experience, and a continuous improvement mindset, I aim to contribute to cutting-edge projects and industry advancements.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I remain passionate about engineering innovation, mentoring teams, and staying at the forefront of manufacturing trends. I strongly believe that every challenge is an opportunity to innovate, and my journey so far has been a testament to that philosophy.
The journey continues...
Humble Vision
"Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success." – Henry Ford
Having seen days when I had nothing, I have come to deeply value hard work, time, and perseverance. Success, to me, is built on resilience, dedication, and a commitment to continuous improvement—qualities that have shaped my journey. I never rigidly planned my life but have always trusted in my skills, adaptability, and willingness to learn, allowing me to grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact.
My vision is to expand my expertise globally, applying my knowledge in manufacturing, project management, and operations to drive innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth. I believe that success is not just about individual achievement but about empowering those around me, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring that businesses operate with integrity and purpose.
I have always believed in leading by example, working alongside my team to overcome challenges and achieve collective goals. A motivated and well-supported workforce is the foundation of success, and I strive to create an environment where people are valued, inspired, and driven to perform at their best. At the core of my philosophy is the belief in Karma—"If you do good, good itself will come back to you."
Throughout my journey, I have been fortunate to earn the trust and respect of my colleagues, clients, and friends. Many have said, "When we had no one to turn to, Jagatjit could always be counted upon." That, to me, is true success—not just reaching my own milestones, but being a person others can trust, rely on, and grow with.
The journey ahead is about learning, leading, and making a difference—one step at a time.
